BPI CL increase possible kahit MAD lang binabayaran?

Hi, ask ko lang if bpi approves cl increase request kahit minimum amount lang binabayaran (as of current)? bumabangon lang from past months' hospital bills pero prior to that good payer naman ako. cc is more than a year's old na rin.

Tried to apply for a cl increase in september (before mag 1 yr yung card) but i was denied and told me to apply 6 months later. It's been 6 months na hehe is there a possibility kaya?
