Para sa akin, napaka bullshit ng statement na to na laging ginagamit ng hiring team ng isang company pag di ka natanggap

"After carefully reviewing your qualifications and background, I regret to inform you that I decided not to proceed with your application. Please note that this decision does not reflect any shortcomings on your part but is based on how we see you fit in the current team that we have."

Like wth? Kayo yung nag-approach sakin to attend your lengthy interviews, you have my profile beforehand at nakalagay lahat ng professional experience ko sa CV ko. Kung nung una palang na alam niyong di pala "fit" yung background and qualifications ko, then why fucking bother approaching me? Bullshit.
