Can I still apply as part time employee at fast food even if I already have a 9-5 job?

Hi! Recently our HR in my current work told us na it’s okay if we get a part time job as long as it doesn’t affect our work performance. So I’ve been considering applying to fast food restaurants as a crew kasi there is no luck for me in getting a VA job. My only concern is would someone hire me considering na ang available time ko lang during weekdays is 7 PM to 11 PM? Really need to get an extra hustle ‘cause the bills are piling up 😭
