Best shoes for plantar fasciitis

Just started running and recently discovered that I have plantar fasciitis. Looking for shoes with great arch (!!) and heel support, cushioning, and stability, any recos?

I'm new to running but I've been doing jumping ropes - just lost my anta shoes (one i was using w this).

Looking for budget max 5-6k range suggestions since I'm just starting. Your suggestions would help me trying out shoes tomorrow!!
