Why is 5700x3d getting expensive?

I dont understand why 5700x3d getting more expensive these day. I got mine for like 9k from shopee a couple of months ago. Recently I've been checking prices for the cpu, as i got a friend who wants to upgrade and Now its going around 14k to 15k.
