Panic attacks/ anxiety allll day long
I haven’t been officially diagnosed with once, and main reason not going to the doctor is because I do t have insurance. But the past year my symptoms have gotten worse and worse. This month the anxiety and panic is uncontrollable and debilitating. The past 3 days I have been in a constant state of panic, can’t catch my breath, I can not get a deep breath or yawn in no matter how hard I try. My chest feels so tight, from morning to night. And the more I think about it the worse it gets, yet I can’t stop thinking about it. Anyone get like this? Any natural things I can try to help it?
