Workout routines?

Curious what you guys do for workouts with POTs? Please share your routines whether it is walking or weights etc. What are your heart rates and symptoms (if any) during these exercises?

Prior to being diagnosed I used to do hot yoga with weights. So essentially a HIIT class in a yoga studio minus the yoga? I was extremely sick after each class and didn’t understand why since I was a runner and used to high intensity. I was hydrated as well. Turns out my heart rate reached 203 bpm during one class. I had to stop because it took days for me to recover after each class and I literally felt like I was dying. Haha. For now I can only walk and be stairs are a struggle.
