Waiting for forgiveness since pre-April pause?

I know there's a lot going on -- some people waiting for IDR adjustment, SAVE issues, and people waiting for forgiveness. I completed consolidation in December 23, IDR applied in Feb, and I qualified for forgiveness in March. I've been sitting at 130 payments since April. I didn't get the "golden letter" in July. My loans have the "Congratulations" banner.

Anyone else still waiting for straight up forgiveness?
