What’s the counterplay to Misty decks?

I'm new to the game. I've been doing some pvp, and today I've gone against 2 players that use Misty. Both of them immediately used her, got multiple energy, then instantly 1 shot whatever I placed using Palkia. It just feels so boring to play against, literally a turn 1 coin flip as to whether I win or lose
