Does anyone else hate the deck-building system?

Aside from only being able to create 15 decks, the process of adding cards is ridiculously tedious. It’s like:

"OK, I want Venusaur. Now I need to add Professor Oak… scrolls almost to the bottom … Alright, maybe I'll add Giovanni… scrolls back up … And perhaps a Helmet… scrolls down again, oops, too down, scrolls back up, okay”

I hate it.
