my eyesight is -8, but i want to play games :(

hey guys so my eyesight is weak asf and its getting weaker every 6 months i get a new pair of glasses but i love gaming i rlly want to experience what others do how can i do gaming without ruining my eyesight? i have got short sightedness myopia which is increasing very rapidly that i mind lose eyesight in few years, my screentime has always been 8 hours due to University work and im also a CS Student so what should i dooooo
