Any issues with Honda Civic Rebirth 2014 vti Prosmatec 1.8 i-vtec?

So our distant relative’s friend is going to buy a new car and he is offering us this older one as you saw in the title for around 30 lacs The engine suspension and interior is great only touching on one fender and 1 backdoor

So i think its a good deal when the car is driven 100k km

Can you guide me if there are any known issues with that car?
