Help my laptop isn't turning on

Hey my laptop won't turn on. Raat ko theek use ho raha tha. It has battery issues and my brother removed it from charging but abhi battery remove karke bhi charge pey lagaya hai and it's giving this blinking light and a little beep but not turning on. All my important files are on this and i need it ASAP. Please help
