Can Anyone help me with this cross progression issue?

So I played on PC for a long time and I wanted to play on my console as well

But when I did all the linking it didnt work

I have 2 steam accounts but I’m not sure I think I linked the wrong steam account and thats why I dont have progression on my ps5

But it wont let me unlink it I even tried to login with my steam account but it just says something went wrong please try again
