They say panic attacks can only last ten minutes

But seriously mine are constant. I am in panic attack mode with full on adrenaline rush, shaking, extreme, and it’s linked to thoughts and my situational stress, so the cause doesn’t go away, the thoughts don’t go away and neither does the attack. I feel like I’m going to die, because my body physically feels like it can’t take it. Plus I don’t eat or sleep because I can’t in a panic attack. Does anyone else get this? Is there another name for it?
