Quitting phrecia or new build?

Followed fubguns build (obviously with a lower budget) ended out crafting es gear to swap to the ee prophet and it felt atrocious with such low attack speed even if I got to 10k es and upgrades like escape artist jewels will never be in my budget…

I currently have mageblood and around 200ish div

Is there any interesting builds on blind prophet or surfcaster that are actually tanky?
Any1 as recommandation?
