Rooftop bar recommendations to view 2024 fireworks festival

I tried to reserve a table for 11/29 and 11/30 on the Pattaya Hilton website to view the International Pattaya Fireworks Show but all their bars Horizon, Drift and Edge are booked solid on those dates. Any other recommendations for a rooftop bar with a good view and vibe for the fireworks show?
