Having trouble playing games due to not having TPM2.0 enabled

So sorry if this post seems stupid or I don’t say things that make sense, I am a huge beginner when it comes to the software and hardware aspect of PC’s.

It doesn’t allow me to play games such as COD, Marvel rivals and even Minecraft. It tells me that I need to update my drivers and update to windows 11 when trying to launch games but when trying to, it says I can’t do that until I enable TPM2.0. I tried doing it through the bios but got confused and didn’t want to mess anything up and as well as any other tip from Windows. I’ve seen people say update the BIOS but that also seems to come with a few confusing steps for reference here are my specs: CPU: AMD Ryzen™ 5 3600 processor GPU: AMD RadeonT™ RX580 Memory: 16GB (2- 8192MB) DDR4-2666 288-pin DIMM PSU: 600 Watt 80 Plus Motherboard: ASRock B450M/AC System Board Hard Drive: 500GB NVMe Solid State Drive If anyone has any idea on who I can contact to get some help with this would be amazing! I was thinking about going back to micro center to possibly ask them for help but I know they charge for services.
