I hate my perioddddd

Im probably gonna get back on birth control after this because I can't do it. I had to leave work early which isn't the part I'm mad at but more that I feel awful. I have cramps and back cramps. I was feeling nauseous earlier. I have my heating pad that helps but I'm sweating now but can't take it off cuz it's helping. I took a midol and it has worked so I'm not in horrible pain right now. It's just the discomfort I'm in that's bothering me. I just want to sleep but can't. I hate days 1-3. I wish there was some kind of leave for work during this time for at least 3 days. Can't wait for this to be over.
