Stuck at last step of migrate to mainnet.

Hey all I've been stuck at the last step of "migrate to mainnet" mainnet for months now I did it around October. It says it should take 14 days. I've reached out multiple times via the help desk but no one has gotten back to me. I'm unsure of how to fix this. My friend who did theirs at the start of January has all their steps completed. I'm hoping someone can shed light on this situation. I'm also muted by a butthurt mod on an ego trip for asking a question so I cannot get resolution via Pi Chat.
