Belly button piercing is this normal? (warning if you're grossed out by blood goop)

I got this pericing about two month ago and this started during my soring break which was about two weeks ago. Does anyone know what this is? I'm panicking a bit and dont know what to do to get rid of it. I clean it twice a day with H2O solution from piercer and keep it dry. Tip, solution anything please
