Thoughts regarding using toothbrushes with plastic bristles?
Good day to you all!
I've seen people mentioning the potential issues with literally putting plastic bristled toothbrushes in one's mouth multiple times a day every day for years and was wondering if anyone had any experience or opinions about alternatives like these (though the handle appears to have plastic, the portion you put in your mouth is primarily silicone):

People have recommended Miswak sticks, but those appear to have a tendency of promoting receeding gums due to the friction over long term use.
Another recommendation has been the wooden handled boar hair brushes, but the adhesive used to secure the bristles can be questionable.
I would think that silicone could be a good remedy but was curious if anyone here has any direct experience or recommendations.
Thank you in advance & have a splendid week!
