Upper Bleph extra skin on one side

I know it’s still early but I’m worried about the saggy flap of skin on my left eye (right eye in the photo). The skin looks like it’s hanging over the incision. It just looks like not enough skin was taken in that outer corner. I know the swelling still needs to go down, but this doesn’t look like it’s related to swelling. I’m trying not to obsess over it but it’s hard! First photo is before, second is right after the procedure, third was later that night and last one just over 48 hours after procedure.
