Theoretical best build possible?

I’d like to know what the theoretical best possible board with skills would be at the max possible day in the game. This would essentially be THE Exodia build that cannot lose to anything. My first thought would be some form of like radiant powdercaig or radiant boulder, but not sure. What do you guys think on?
