I'm sure this question has been asked a million times but I'm new and I need help.

So I would like to put my old apex legends account up for sale and I played on PC, I am just unsure as to how I do that? How do I change the email for when a buyer wants my account? I don't want to just give them my entire EA account along with it I have tons of other games on there.
