Greninja SIR - Would this receive a 10?

I'm extremely new to grading and all of the criteria for grading. but from what I can see, the centering does seem quite heavy off the right, and there is a white ding on the back bottom right corner. Still very happy to have pulled this gem, but was also wondering if it could be a possible contender for a grade 10.
