Any alternatives to Lv. 1 Aron strat?

idk what the strat it called but Aron isn’t in SV, so any alternatives? Closest i found was Donphan at lv. 25

In competitive battling, there’s a strategy for lv. 1 Aron. The Aron has the ability Sturdy, the move Endeavor, and the held item Shell Bell. First make sure a sandstorm is going on. When you switch Aron in, it will usually tank a hit to go down to 1 hp because of Sturdy. Then he will use endeavor, bringing the opponent pokemon down to 1hp and fully healing Aron, refreshing Sturdy. The sandstorm will finish the opponent off.
