7 Star Tyranitar raid not appearing

I have 6 star raids unlocked but 7 star raids don't appear in the map. I don't have the Nintendo Switch Online subscription so I try the PokePortal method but it doesn't work either. I don't know what to do. (I believe this is the last day of the Tyranitar raid event (if not I'm sorry 囧) and I want to catch it)
