Characters who have countermeasure against phasing/speedsters

I always thought the ability to phase through people and objects is one of the coolest and most powerful abilities that doesn’t sound corny to me. I’m very basic when it comes to powerscaling. No need to tell me about multiversal, outerversal, tier 1 2 3, godlike descriptions. Just tell me how some characters would or wouldn’t be able to counter it.

characters from the same and kinda same verse:

superman, thor, ironman, batman, quicksilver, hulk, wolverine, deadpool, phoenix, thanos with the gauntlet, dr strange, cassandra nova, squirrel girl

anime/manga:

goku, rimuru, gojo, ichigo, luffy

cartoons:

bugs bunny, popeye, spongebob, dora (dunnow, be creative i guess xD)

books:

hercules, wukong, zeus, hermes

games:

wukong, kratos, dante, bayonetta
