Car seats and pram

Good evening all! Hope you are all well and pushing through your pregnancies. I'm starting to panic as I have some of the basic needed things but I still do not have a car seat, I have been kindly given a pram but as its my First baby I may want to buy a fresh new one. However, if my baby carries on measuring small I need to find a seat and pram suitable for tiny/premie babies in case. Does anybody have any reccomendations they have tried before?
