What is this???

I was playing the game and out of nowhere this showed up. It started as a pixelated blob and then turned into this. I was playing with some friends (they were dead) and they said they couldn’t see it. It would also whisper random things to me like “Hey” and “What’s that noise.” It wouldn’t leave my screen and it was always there the whole game. It was like I could see it through a wall or something.
