Imaginary Friend

Has anyone else gotten a random imaginary friend voiceline when you haven’t ever picked up a remote in the run?? I was playing alone, and I was just walking through and looting one of the rooms when I heard her voice and I got really confused and honestly it scared the shit out of me T-T
