Now that Zeal is gone off the DEV team... what changes will PRESSURE possibly have?

I'm genuinely asking this cause I am wondering what consequences will Zeal quitting PRESSURE have, not in a negative way neccesarily, but just what stuff will possibly change

I am asking cause I'm not sure if Zeal was the one which added all the references and inspiration for the game (such as Ultrakill, SCP and etc...)

So what will possibly change with Zeal now gone?
