Struggling with balance in Empower
I LOVE Empower, but I am struggling with my balance on the platform. Whenever we are standing on one leg, I lose my balance and am wobbling. I feel like I lose the work in that section cause I’m too focused on the balancing. I do okay in other formats with the balance challenges. I still am able to maintain my mind body connection and feel I am working the right areas of my body. I struggle with this in Empower. I know Empower is the cardio class and it is supposed to be fast paced. Anyone have any tips on improving balance in empower? I talked to one of the teachers and she said balance is not really a component of the class.
