Roll Up
For the life of me I CANNOT do a roll up. I’ve been to almost 50 classes and while my core is stronger than it was before, it is still so so weak.
How did you get your roll up?! I feel like I’m missing some key technique here to help myself. Or maybe smaller “milestones” I can reach before getting a full roll up?!
I started barre bc I slipped a disc in my low back and genuinely it has helped so much. that & my arthritis make barre hard sometimes to where I have to modify a lot or take breaks, but this feels like the only thing holding me back is myself 🥲
