First time rat owner - Any improvements

I’ve had my boys for about 3 weeks now and they seem happy but was just wondering if there were any changes anyone would make. I’ve heard a lot about removing ramps and adding them something to climb instead can anyone link anything suitable. Thanks in advance. There’s also a fluffy monster behind the wheel which can’t be seen on the photo
