What's one thing you'd add to red dead

For me it would be having Arthur do a solo mission with every member of the gang. For exmaple one mission you go fishing with Javier, you catch a legendary fish and sell the skin and give the meat to Pearson. Or a mission with Mary Beth where you can steal fancy watches from a ship. And on the ride there Arthur and the others talk about their personal lives and experiences. Would be really cool and you can show everyone's personality more. What would you add?
