Kathy Hilton gives me nothing

I’m sorry but is she just here for comic relief? She’s seen being rude to her staff on the show and not knowing their names which gives me major ick. And honestly I’m so confused by how lost she always is 🤣. Anytime she’s on camera I’m genuinely like what is going on here?! What is the hype with her and her daughters?!
