Any dometic AC experts here?
Or anybody who has had this similar issue. We have two AC units (zone 1/2). The control panel only recognizes one unit, so I investigate. I find that the zone 2 unit is disconnected on the low side. I am wondering if I am missing an entire thermostat component, a flat 4 conductor wire, or something else.

The wires I am holding were disconnected when I removed the bottom panel. The junction box is open because I was testing voltages. There are two receptacles for flat 4 wires, I am unsure which one is correct.
The backside of control unit - is there supposed to be a messenger wire attached at P2 for zone 2?
