Is Regulus an overrated and weak character by the Re Zero fandom?

Regulus' attacks are not stopped in time nor do they cut space, do they have any interview where the author says that is so or at least says that he can cut space if his attacks are not stopped in time? Or somewhere in the Re Zero Light Novel or its web novel where some of the 2 things are backed up??

As far as I remember Subaru and Beatrice in the third season used EMM or a strange ability and when Regulus tried to touch them, cut them or hurt them with his fingers they went through it, so that doesn't disprove everything??

Doesn't that mean that Regulus' attacks or his projectiles wouldn't do anything to them either if he threw them at them and they were using that ability?

Regulus. That's the truth I think, His ability DOES NOT break space or existence, he only manipulates the inertia and time of his own body.

And Regulus' attacks or projectiles do not cut space or are stopped in time

If you really have any source from the author or data from the novels, I hope you show it to me or leave a photo or link, so I can view it and see if what you say is true, so far I have not seen anyone, no Re Zero fan user with real evidence, they all say that Regulus cuts space or that his attacks are stopped in time without evidence, they make it up is the safest thing I think, whenever you ask them for sources they do not respond, I do not know if all of this group are like that, but I have noticed that in all the fandoms those of Re Zero are the ones that have nothing to support what they say or their arguments, that is what I have seen
