Sim 1 Problem

Hey everybody. Someone also has the Problem that while you are makinf a normal Phone call Sometimes Sim Card deactivates itself ? I have to Power Off and Power on the Phone again that it detects the Sim in Slot 1. ITS an RM10 pro 24/1tb. Thanks!
