What happened to the breeding? And the sex change skills?

The series opened off with this being about BREEDING the losers. That tied in with a sex change skill. If Mikagami lost against Mary, they were supposed to be gender swapped and Mary was meant to impregnate Mikagami.

I guess they dumped this aspect of the storyline? Fortunate, because NO ONE wants to see Mikagami breeding gender swapped Alexander
