Where's the "everything" diner?

The town I grew up in had a couple chain diner restaurants that had everything you could imagine on their menu.

You could order pancakes, a pastrami sandwich, a carne asada burrito with chili fries on the side at 8am or 8pm, there were literally no rules.

Does such a place exist here?
