RetroArch thumb drive on pc.

Hello, I come to this sub for some direction. Years ago, I purchased a thumb drive full of retro games off of ebay. It ran through retroarch I believe, and it allowed gamepad functionality. Unfortunately I lost access to the thumbdrive. I'm asking if anyone knows where I can find a place to purchase a thumb drive that allows you to access/play emulators and roms from the drive.
