Financial Analyst expat salary??

Looking to find the expected salary range for an expat (U.S) Financial analyst with 3-4 years of experience. Base? All in? (I have a wife and no kids, are there other benefits I could ask for - i.e flights back home a couple times a year?).

This is with a very large multinational company, so I would hope the salary would be above average.
