Repetitive quotes in books we love?

I just saw a lovely post about repetitive quotes we hate(def go check it out people had some good ones!) but it made me think about quotes and lines romance books use over and over again, that we still eat up.

Here’s a few of my personal faves:

-“Fuck it.” Before a character kisses another

• “who did this to you?”

-the italicized “oh. oh.” Moment. (Yes it’s cheesy but I love it)

-“That’s my girl.”

-anything about the love interest softening because of the main character (their gaze, heart, etc.)
