FMC goes on the run and makes a new identity

So I just read {The Lair by Lisina Coney} and I’m rereading {The Witness by Nora Roberts} (highly recommend both btw) and I’m looking for more books that have the FMC changing her identity, taking precautions, and hiding from a danger. It can be the MMC or something else. For example, in The Lair the FMC is hiding from her family who exploited her for internet fame for her entire childhood. She moved towns often, dyed her hair, changed her last name, etc. She fell in love with the MMC in the latest town she was at. The Witness was a bit more dark; the FMC witnessed a mob hit and was going to be in witness protection, but there was a mole and she had to run. Now she’s on her own with a whole new untraceable identity, an attack dog trained in 3 different languages, a house with a security system, cameras, and motion sensors, and like 8 guns. Like this girl could survive an attack instigated by the entire Russian mafia.

Basically I’m looking for books where the FMC completely reinvents herself successfully and for more than a few chapters. She can be running from the MMC, or she can meet the MMC while she’s undercover. Either way, she has to be in danger or perceived danger, and if it’s not the MMC, he shouldn’t know her identity for a good part of the book. I live for the hiding, running, and secrecy of a new life/identity. Thanks!
