Virus total is saying that 3 different vendors say that dolphin isn't safe

I'm trying to install Dolphin but virustotal is saying that 3 different vendors have deemed it unsafe. I'm new to emulators so idk if I did something wrong, I downloaded it from presumedly the official website, is there a safer way to download it or should I just disregard the warning?
