Won't connect to PC if Game Mode is enabled?

My TV all of a sudden stopped being able to display anything when in Game Mode connected to my PC. It was working fine before using a Certified Premium cable that is still working out of game mode and also with my phone but if I turn on Game Mode, it tells me to check device power. I also DDU'd and reinstalled my Nvidia 4090 drivers. What is going on here?
