Math Major to Electrical Engineering Major
I’ve made the decision that I don’t want to be a math major anymore. I caught an interest in EE and wanted to switch my major but I know that you need to do that whole process of applying to CEAS before you’re an “official” EE major. I’m starting my very first week of classes tomorrow and would like to try and get enrolled into the required classes for an EE major before Monday so that I can start fresh. This is what I have so far…
During registration workshop, the advisors were warning everyone to never drop classes before speaking to my advisor but… am I allowed to drop MAT 200 now that I’m not planning on being a math major anyways?
I’m still not sure on the process of switching into the engineering majors. If anyone has been through smth like this, any advice you could give me?
